Registered Australia wide shipping is $15 under $99 and FREE over $99.

Please note we do not ship internationally.

In-store pickup is available to Cairns locals.

For Cairns Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 Business Days after dispatch.

For other areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 10-16 Business Days after dispatch.

• Lulubelle's offers returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase
• Please note - An item for return must be still in its original condition/packaging, unworn and with tags included.
• Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on any sales items or earrings.
• Returned items will be eligible for online store credit only. As our stock is limited exchanges are not possible.
• We will refund the cost of return postage only if an item is faulty or incorrect. To arrange a refund of your postage costs simply email your postage receipt & bank account details to beck@lulubelles.com.au 

Yay for local returns - if you are a local you can drop into our  store at 2/138 Collins Ave, Edge Hill. 

There is never a problem and we will exchange your product at the time or give you a store credit with no expiry date.
