Registered Australia wide shipping is $15 under $99 and FREE over $99. In store pickup is available to Cairns locals.

Please note we do not ship internationally.

For Cairns Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 Business Days after dispatch

For other areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-12 Business Days after dispatch


Returns Policy
• Lulubelle's offers returns within 30 days of purchase
• Please note - An item for return must be still in its original condition/packaging, unworn and with tags included.
• Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on any sales items or earrings.
• Returned items will be eligible for online store credit only. .

Returns to Payment
• We will refund the cost of return postage only if an item is faulty or incorrect as per Australia Consumer Law. For clarclarification please visithttps://www.accc.gov.au/consumers

To arrange a refund of your postage costs simply email your postage receipt & bank account details to beck@lulubelles.com.au

-Refunds to payment method will incur a $10 processing fee to cover non-refundable bank fees and charges.
