We use Australia Post for all orders in Australia for and shipping is $10
For Cairns Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 1- 4 Business Days after dispatch
For other areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 4-10 Business Days after dispatch
All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please specify in the delivery instructions at the Checkout if you would like your parcel left in a safe place without a signature. If you are not at home and your parcel requires a signature, Australia Post will leave a calling card advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Returns Policy
At Lulubelle’s we genuinely love our customers and want you to not only have the best customer service but be happy with the product/s you purchase.
We will, to the best of our abilities endeavour to make sure you are highly satisfied, but as a small business also have some fair guidelines to follow as per the Office of fair Trading, Australia (Ph. 13 74 68, www.qld.gov.au/fairtrading)
They are as follows…
- If you simply change your mind regarding a purchase we legally are not entitled to offer a refund but it’s important to us that you love what you buy.
- As long as the garment or accessories are still in the condition in which they were purchased (tags, carding etc), we would love to offer you an alternative. If you are unable to find something ideal, on the spot, an online or store credit will be issued to you with no expiry date.
In case you didn’t know Lulubelle's has new clothing arriving daily instore and online so chances are you’ll find a gem.
If there is an occasion where an item has a major problem that would have stopped you from purchasing, an exchange can be given or refund.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
We consider our customers ‘family’ and will treat you as such. We endeavour to always raise our standards and offer you better and better products and service.
As previously mentioned, Lulubelle’s products are unique with small size runs, so it may mean that the item/size you order online may have already been sold. If this is happens, we will contact you to talk about the options to ensure our customers are happy.
